I bring over 15 years of clinical massage experience to my work, specializing in therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and somatic bodywork. Sessions are designed to help relieve pain, improve mobility, reduce tension, and support recovery.
Each session is thoughtful and intentional, addressing chronic tightness, post-training recovery, injury patterns, and structural imbalances that develop over time. The work is specific to your body and adjusted to what your body is ready for, without using unnecessary force.
Massage and bodywork are the primary focus of my practice. My background in Somatic Therapy, Life Coaching, Health Coaching, and Grief Counseling supports a Whole-Person approach to care, recognizing that stress, life transitions, and emotional strain can influence how the body holds tension, recovers, and functions overall.
The Difference
My work is guided by a whole-person focused approach, where pacing and awareness are central to every session. Rather than forcing change through pressure alone, I work with the body paying attention to patterns of holding or guarding and responding with appropriate depth and technique.
Clients often experience not only physical relief, but improved body awareness and a greater sense of ease beyond the treatment room.
Whole Person Care
Whole-Person care means recognizing that physical tension, emotional stress, life transitions, and personal growth are often interconnected. Rather than focusing on one isolated concern, this approach considers the broader context of a person’s experience.
In practice, that means therapeutic massage and bodywork remain central, while supportive services such as Life Coaching, Health Coaching, and Grief Counseling are available to help individuals gain clarity, direction, and stability during seasons of change. Whole-Person care simply honors that reality.
